All candidates who apply before the application deadline of Monday, 13 November 2017, will attend an intensive one-year programme designed for those who wish to launch a career in Management and Circular Economy. Sant’Anna School aims to transform recent graduates into successful decision makers in Global Business (Mains- management, innovation, service engineering) and Environmental Management and Sustainability (Geca).
The Institute of Management of Sant’Anna School has offered top ranked master’s programmes in innovation and environmental management during the last 20 years. The Master’s programmes in 2018 offer financial contributions for full tuition reimbursement and 10 scholarships offered by INPS (National Institute for Social Security) for sons and daughters of civil servants, deceased and retired employees. Eligible candidates will also be provided with higher education vouchers issued by the Tuscany Region Authority through the Giovanisì system.
The Master Mains was the first master’s programme in innovation management in Italy. It was designed to train ethical and responsible leaders to meet the challenges of rapidly changing business contexts and it still offers an international perspective on business with a combination of formal lectures, seminars, tutorials and group discussions. Dedicated academics and experts will work with students to achieve their goals by providing one-to-one support, as well as annual workshops and networking opportunities. The Mains “Innovation Lab” programme has established strong connections with national and international leading companies to support student ventures and integrate theoretical knowledge with practical opportunities. This programme gives access to the latest research in business and technology and the skills to tackle global business challenges.
The Master Geca, founded in 2007, was the first course in Italy to tackle subjects including integrated waste management and recycling, new business models and value creation. The most recent edition of Master GECA focused on the “circular economy” as a way to increase growth and prosperity. The course 2018 will provide opportunities for students to explore regenerative product design, reverse logistics, business model innovation, and cross-sector collaboration in the framework of the EU “circular economy package” 2030; a European circular economy approach for different stakeholders that may reduce environmental impact by minimizing waste and excessive resource use.
